What is a bail bond and what does it do?
When someone is in custody, they have the option of posting bail so they can be released from custody until the next court date instead of waiting behind bars. The bail bond is a fee that is paid to the state.
What does a bail bond cost?
In Florida, bail bond companies can only charge 10% of the total bail amount, or a minimum $100 per charge. This fee is nonrefundable and our bond agents can post the bail for you and handle all the necessary paperwork for release. We offer flexible payment options to make it affordable for families.
What types of services do you offer?
We can provide clients with arrest reports, notary services, and information about the local court system in and around Jacksonville.
What can I expect in the bail bond process?
When you are arrested, you will go through a bail bond hearing where a judge will set a bail amount. If you are unable to afford bail, you will stay in jail until the court hearing. But when you work with a bail bond agent, you only pay 10% of the full bond amount for your release. This is a quick and affordable way to be released from custody while you wait for your court hearing.
